It is always a great feeling to paint a red fox because of its warm colours.
The tones of greens and oranges give a perfect harmony of colours.
The fox may have heard the sound of a small mammal hiding inside this old rotting tree.
Wisdom and patience are also an essential skills for survival and a fox will do everything
it can to get its next meal by remaining calm and following its instinct. Only the falling leaves
may break the silence of the forest.

British Columbia, where I now reside, has inspired me greatly with its mossy forests.
This painting also captures the cycle of life by depicting dead leaves on a rotting tree
contrasting with a beautiful little lady bug resting on the leaf.
